Ki Global was founded by Lauren Brennan FCIPD, an experienced people and development professional, educator and coach with a deep commitment to helping people grow with confidence, clarity and purpose.
With a background spanning HR, learning and development, coaching and education, Lauren has spent her career supporting individuals and organizations through change, from women returning to work, to leadership teams building capability, to parents navigating complex education systems. She is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, reflecting her commitment to evidence-based, ethical and high-quality practice.
Lauren holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, a Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education (PGCHE) and has taught across CIPD Levels 3, 5 and 7, as well as on CIPD-accredited university programmes. Alongside her professional work, she continues to invest in her own learning, believing that great practice is built on continuous development.
As well as being a people professional, Lauren is also a mum of two, which brings a very real-world perspective to her work. Balancing career, family and wellbeing has shaped how she supports other women and families, with empathy, practicality and respect for the realities of everyday life.
The name Ki comes from Lauren’s background in martial arts, where Ki represents energy, focus and inner strength. Those principles still underpin everything Ki Global stands for: helping people reconnect with their strengths, find clarity in moments of change, and move forward with confidence.
